Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the development of internal ELS products.
  • •Communicate ELS specifications to external vendors.
  • •Provide day-to-day technical ownership of product implementation at vendor sites, including change management and review of test results.
  • •Perform lab testing, troubleshooting, and debugging for ELS implementations.
  • •Drive projects from concept to mass production and present progress and gaps to management.

Key Requirements

  • •M. Sc. in electrical engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
  • •3+ years of experience and knowledge of Potonics.
  • •Laboratory experience from optics or optical communications laboratory, including automation of test setups.
  • •Working knowledge of electrical circuits and proficiency in English.
  • •Strong motivation, ambition, and a sense of ownership with a desire to see engineering solutions implemented in practice.
