Job Summary

Coordinate KYC/ODD workflows for an outsourced maker role in Sharjah. Review and finalize ongoing due diligence cases, ensure proper documentation, contact customers, and perform data collection and verification while adhering to AML/regulatory requirements. Manage ODD forms, BPM uploads, and tracker updates to meet monthly targets with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

•Reviewing, processing, and contacting customers to finalize Ongoing due diligence cases, ensuring proper documentation and thorough due diligence.
•Send ODD forms and requirements to customers via registered email after the Gap assessment.
•Collect documents and information for ODD from customers via email or branch (physical).
•Review ODD forms and assist customers to fill them accurately (e.g., transaction details, annual turnover, FATCA details).
•Verify trade licenses, certificates, MOA, Emirates ID, customer signatures, and other supporting documents online.

Key Requirements

•Experience in KYC/ODD and ongoing due diligence processes, ensuring documentation is complete and due diligence is thorough.
•Proficient in collecting, verifying, and processing customer information and documents (e.g., Emirates ID, Trade License, MOA, certificates) for ODD, including FATCA details.
•Ability to communicate with customers via email/phone, guide them to complete forms accurately, and upload documents in BPM with accurate remarks.
•Strong knowledge of AML regulations and banking practices, with attention to compliance and risk management.
•Excellent organizational skills to update trackers, meet monthly targets, and handle tasks assigned by supervisors with accuracy.
