Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and build a high-performing engineering and leadership organization focused on DevEx across the software development lifecycle.
  • •Design, develop, and implement an AI-native DevEx paradigm to reduce friction in how software is designed, written, tested, and refined.
  • •Deliver the DevEx as an internal product, shifting workflows from manual coding to AI-enabled verification and orchestration while improving code quality and productivity.
  • •Lead the developer platform and engineering systems, including Git platforms, CI/CD, build systems, test automation, release orchestration, deployment workflows, feature flags, and rollback tooling.
  • •Own developer productivity initiatives, API governance and standards, and developer success programs (support channels, onboarding, training, documentation, and communities).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
  • •Current or prior experience operating at the VP level in engineering within an established technology company.
  • •15+ years of relevant engineering experience, including 8+ years in senior people leadership roles, and preferably 4+ years leading global software engineering teams serving multiple internal customers.
  • •Demonstrated success in building high-performing, diverse engineering teams and improving organizational effectiveness.
  • •Deep expertise in developer experience at scale, plus strong technical grounding in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and modern AI-native software development lifecycle practices.
