Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead NPI projects from planning through qualification, ramp-up, and manufacturing release.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional project execution across D&E, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other stakeholders.
  • •Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
  • •Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and drive timely resolutions to achieve project objectives.
  • •Facilitate project reviews/status meetings, communicate project status/risks/decisions to stakeholders, and capture lessons learned to improve future execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Approximately 5–10 years of experience in project/program management, NPI, manufacturing engineering, industrialization, product engineering, or related roles.
  • •Proven experience leading cross-functional, end-to-end projects with ownership and accountability.
  • •Experience working in manufacturing/factory, production, semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, or other high-tech industrial environments.
  • •Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and execution, with technical aptitude and English communication/presentation skills.
