Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by setting strategic direction to teams and stakeholders.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain project plans in a dynamic environment, revising plans as requirements change.
  • •Ensure functional documentation (specs, workflows, BRDs) is complete to mitigate risk and support on-time delivery.
  • •Triage issues and coordinate vendor enhancements/upgrades to surveillance tooling.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with legal, risk, and internal customers to anticipate regulatory shifts and drive delivery commitments.

Salary: USD 165,700 - 189,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in project management.
  • •Experience directing the product lifecycle for surveillance tools monitoring email, chat, and voice to support market abuse detection and conduct risk.
  • •Ability to create exhaustive functional specifications, logic workflows, and BRDs translating compliance requirements into engineering needs.
  • •Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification, and 6+ years of project management experience.
