Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and support the DSC automation product strategy, including the product roadmap, feature prioritization, technology selection, and phased deployments.
  • •Manage the full product lifecycle from concept and pilot through commercialization, scaling, and end-of-life, ensuring integration with BH digital platforms and customer systems.
  • •Act as primary product owner across the DSC digital and automation portfolio, coordinating with engineering, digital & analytics, operations, HSE, sales, and marketing.
  • •Partner with third-party automation providers for installation, training, maintenance, and troubleshooting support.
  • •Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to gather customer feedback and identify innovation opportunities.
