Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive architectural strategy across cross-functional groups and strategic customer accounts from initial concept through field deployment.
  • •Collaborate with product management and engineering to incorporate customer feedback into future products and architectures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of relevant signal and power integrity experience (or Master’s with 12+ years, or PhD with 8+ years).
  • •At least 5 years driving system architecture for hardware systems, including signal integrity, power integrity, thermal design, total power, cost, and schedule tradeoffs.
  • •At least 5 years driving cross-functional buy-in and approval of complex strategic programs with executive management (concept commit, architectural commit, execution commit).
  • •At least 5 years generating and driving cross-functional review of customer-facing materials for strategic projects.
  • •Experience demonstrating proficiency in system architecture, hardware/software design, including FPGA and ASIC design and verification, system bring-up and debug, and thermal design.
