Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively review client requests/tickets and resolve incidents/requests without breaching SLA.
  • •Provide second-line networking support for medium-complexity incidents and requests.
  • •Troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN infrastructure and conduct root cause analysis on network incidents.
  • •Implement and troubleshoot L2 technologies such as VLANs, VTP, STP/RSTP/MSTP, and related Cisco switching concepts.
  • •Troubleshoot IP link issues (link failure, config mismatch, latency, packet drops) and license issues across Cisco platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
  • •CCNP or equivalent certification.
  • •Complete knowledge to Cisco devices and hardware-level troubleshooting across Cisco products.
  • •Sound knowledge of switching/stack configuration and troubleshooting, including VLAN/VTP/STP/VSS/VDC/VPC.
  • •Moderate managed services experience and knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
