Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate production and laser-print jobs by performing data manipulation on the computer network and staging printed work to support production flow.
  • •Work with facility managers, production supervisors, and leads to follow directives, print accurately and efficiently, and minimize waste of raw materials.
  • •Communicate with associates and coordinators to ensure correct information is relayed and data is arriving on time; alert a supervisor when data is late.
  • •Run multiple printers and manage work across current laminating/printing, re-runs, and starting the next customer based on the day’s schedule.
  • •Use ERP to log time and materials; keep the work order system updated, maintain job records, sample/inspect for print quality, and support equipment calls, inventory maintenance, and safe workspace practices.
