Help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming experience for concert guests by greeting visitors, scanning and verifying tickets, directing patrons to seats and exits, and assisting guests with questions or special needs. You’ll support venue recycling and sustainability efforts, handle basic venue closeout tasks at the end of events, and resolve guest complaints while maintaining a positive, CARE-focused presence.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests, scan tickets on entry, verify authenticity, answer questions, and help attendees find their seats.
•Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and presentable venue during the show.
•Resolve guest complaints or problems and guide guests to exits or provide instructions during emergencies.
•Help guests with special needs, such as seat accommodations, and may verify staff credentials for restricted areas.
•Participate in recycling/sustainability efforts and support end-of-show venue closeout tasks as requested.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role (preferred).
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy when handling guest needs.
•Ability to constantly walk and climb stairs, and lift/carry 25 lbs+; must be at least 18 years old.
