Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily cash positioning, weekly cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning for legal entities in Asia.
  • •Oversee payment processing, bank transfers and account funding.
  • •Supervise bank reconciliations to be done by sub-regions. Prepare treasury reports on cash position and liquidity for management review.
  • •Improve treasury processes, controls, systems and automation where possible.
  • •Maintain relationships with banks, optimize bank accounts and be a single point of contact for Group Treasury.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in finance and accounting with 10-15 years of experience in finance function. Prior experience handling treasury, corporate finance and taxation is expected.
  • •Good analytical skills, attention to detail and stakeholder management ability.
  • •Abreast to accounting developments that may impact the business’ financial reporting and disclosures and leads the business on implementing the necessary changes
  • •Advocates digital change and process / technology improvements in line with the organizational goals
  • •Experience leading regional tax compliance including corporate tax filings, GST/VAT filings, and transfer pricing related documentation across Asia countries
