Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and present task status, technical content, and monthly EV status for tasks requiring EVMS.
  • •Own part-level execution for the CIPT, ensuring timely communication, proactive risk management, and consistent delivery of program requirements.
  • •Identify, manage, and close key technical risks and issues with defined action plans and measurable progress.
  • •Guide technical and program reviews by setting milestones, validating technical content, and ensuring deliverables meet program standards.
  • •Lead validation engine builds, engine test activities, and Analytical Condition Inspections (ACIs) within scheduled test windows safely and accurately.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years’ experience, or 3+ years’ experience with a Master’s degree.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required for authorization under the program/contract.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities.
  • •Knowledge of project management toolsets, including risk-based decision making, Earned Value Management System (EVMS), and SAP; experience with Agile is preferred.
