Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training; maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and assets
  • •Fulfill orders in a warehouse environment and maintain inventory, including some locations with light kitchen prep
  • •Lead Operations Associates through shifts, ensuring safety and productivity and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations
  • •Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, assist with day-to-day tasks, and lead by example while maintaining a positive, safe atmosphere
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required; college diploma is preferred but not required
  • •Able to be on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodation, and operate a pallet jack/hand truck
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (DoorDash will provide training)
  • •Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • •Flexibility in scheduling; available for multiple shifts as needed
