Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage repair solutions from customer submission through final approval issuance while meeting delivery expectations.
  • •Analyze customer queries for structural damages against the SRM and coordinate efficient repair treatment if beyond limits.
  • •Coordinate with Repair Solutions teams globally to support customers 24/7 and liaise with Design Offices for on-time repair definitions and justifications.
  • •Collaborate with Spares/Satair to ensure repair solutions account for parts availability.
  • •Update structure repair documentation (SRM) when shortcomings are observed and transfer in-service experience/maintenance activities to relevant stakeholders/vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor Science/Engineering (BSc/BEng) degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •5+ years engineering experience in an airline/OEM/MRO environment preferred.
  • •Knowledge of aircraft structure and structural repairs (or mechanical), including reading/interpreting engineering drawings and manuals (SRM, SB, IPC).
  • •Knowledge of maintenance repair practices, equipment, and ways of working.
  • •Effective verbal and written communication for working-level discussions and escalation/reporting.
