Bakery Processing Operator (6:00am-6:00pm) Pay $21.40

Operate processing/baking machinery to produce product safely, efficiently, and continuously while following Quality Assurance guidelines. Mix ingredients, monitor temperature/moisture, run changeovers and preventative maintenance, and maintain accurate batch records including weights, times, and temperatures. Watch for foreign matter, follow sanitation and chemical-handling procedures, and manage raw material levels using material-handling equipment. Communicate and escalate quality issues as needed, with mandatory overtime possible.
