Job Summary

Partner with senior leaders in the Earth & Environment business to align business and talent strategies and drive financial and organizational goals. Provide executive coaching for change initiatives, organizational redesigns, and workforce planning. Use HR KPIs and people insights to identify trends and translate them into actionable people strategies, while supporting succession planning, performance cycles, equitable compensation decisions, and talent development, redeployment, and mobility.

Key Responsibilities

•Align business and talent strategies with senior leaders to support financial and organizational goals.
•Provide executive coaching and strategic guidance for major change initiatives, organizational redesigns, and workforce planning.
•Review HR KPIs and people insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate them into people strategies.
•Champion succession planning and lead critical role planning, supporting internal pipelines and external search with Talent Acquisition.
•Guide performance management cycles and partner with Compensation experts to support equitable pay programs and salary decisions.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in a strategic HR advisory or HR business partner role in a large, matrixed organization.
•Strong ability to influence and advise senior leaders in complex, matrixed environments.
•Business acumen to connect talent strategy to operational and financial outcomes.
•Expertise in organizational development, talent planning, and change management.
•Data-driven mindset to interpret people analytics and translate insights into action.
