Key Responsibilities

  • •Directement rattaché au Store Manager; tes responsabilités seront axées autour de la vente, du service client, de la marque et des produits, des opérations et des processus du magasin.
  • •Tu travailleras en collaboration avec l’équipe du magasin et participeras activement à toutes les étapes du process de vente (depuis la livraison jusqu’à l’encaissement) afin de gagner ensemble et d’atteindre les objectifs du magasin.
  • •Tu seras ambassadeur de la marque en te connectant, t’engageant et inspirant nos clients en accord avec nos valeurs.
  • •Tu seras proactif.ve sur ta carrière chez adidas en participant à toutes les formations nécessaires au bon déroulement du magasin.
  • •Contribuer à l’établissement d’une nouvelle ère du sport en accord avec la nature et à l’atteinte des objectifs du magasin.

Key Requirements

  • •Niveau de diplôme requis: BAC+2/Titre RNCP de niveau 5
  • •Une première expérience dans la vente ou un domaine en contact direct avec le client
  • •Des connaissances de base sur les KPI retail
  • •Un sens aigu du service client et des compétences de vente
  • •Un esprit d’équipe, de résilience, une volonté d’apprendre/curieux.se, de bonnes capacités de communication
