Job Summary

Join the data team and support talent acquisition as a recruiting sourcing intern. You’ll participate in the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates—while helping with talent mapping and market research to deliver insights to business leaders. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams, contribute to process improvements and short-term HR projects, and support HRBP with general HR-related work.

•Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to gain holistic business understanding.
•Support HRBP with general HR-related work and/or projects.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate or master student interested in the e-commerce industry.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in English and Mandarin.
•Outstanding academic achievements.
•Self-driven, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever.
•Able to commit to a full-time internship of at least 6 months (or part-time with at least 3 working days/week if required).
