Job Summary

Develop customer relationships by using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify and meet consumer and small-business financial needs. Recommend retail products, cross-sell within the existing customer base, and support outside sales activities including community financial literacy events and appointment-setting. Serve as trusted advisor by processing teller transactions, guiding CSRs on sales/referrals, and maintaining confidentiality while meeting customer experience and production goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions aligned to the value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
•Establish relationships with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and refer customers to provide timely, holistic financial solutions.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Ability to demonstrate comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
