Key Responsibilities

  • •Support commissioning of new electrical equipment. Verify installations meet NEC, SAS and industry specifications.
  • •Complete all QA/QC checks on schedule to ensure safe, reliable integration and avoid costly re-Work.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on relay controls, Variable Frequency drives, electrical panels, and motor control centers.
  • •Create and author comprehensive policies, SOPs and operational guidelines that standardize maintenance and operational practices.
  • •Train technicians and collaborate with engineers, management and customers on newly installed infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years working with electrical systems, motor control circuits or automation equipment; a high school diploma/GED is required, while a technical school diploma, associate degree, or industrial maintenance background is strongly preferred.
  • •NEC Expertise – Proven proficiency in NEC through maintenance or electrical projects.
  • •CMMS Proficiency – Ability to navigate a Computerized Maintenance Management System to log repairs, manage parts inventory, and schedule preventive maintenance tasks.
  • •Hands on Electrical Skills – Practical experience with wiring, relay controls, and motor control centers, ensuring safe and reliable equipment operation.
  • •Problem Solving Mindset – Demonstrated track record of diagnosing and resolving complex electrical/automation issues with minimal downtime.
