Shift Lead - Downtown

Own shift execution at a DashMart local fulfillment center—supporting Site Management, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. You’ll lead teams through accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and (in some locations) light food prep in a kitchen. Serve as the daily escalation point, uphold safety/cleanliness and quality standards, help improve customer experience, and guide associates by leading by example.
