Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver campaigns end-to-end each quarter, from brief to delivery, across PR, social/digital, internal comms, and events.
  • •Convert campaign briefs into project plans, scoping work, setting timelines, and identifying contributors and involvement timing.
  • •Coordinate internal teams and external vendors, maintain trackers, monitor progress, and resolve blockers that threaten schedules.
  • •Track and report campaign and event performance against agreed success metrics, producing takeaways and recommendations.
  • •Create first-draft copy and briefing documents/materials, apply feedback, and support ad hoc comms execution like all-hands and event logistics.
