Senior Technical Service Technologist (m/f/d), North and West Africa

Serve as the lead technical contact for assigned customers and key accounts, delivering deep food-ingredient and application expertise across innovation, troubleshooting, and cost re-engineering. Plan and run complex formulation and process trials with customers, diagnose issues using food technology knowledge, and recommend solutions. Collaborate with technical and commercial stakeholders to prioritize projects, document work, and share results through CRM and internal/external communication.
