Lead and manage a designated primary phase, driving the school’s vision, values, and strategic priorities. Ensure consistently high-quality teaching and learning by monitoring pupil progress, using data to improve outcomes, and coaching staff. Oversee curriculum implementation, promote an inclusive pastoral environment, and lead safeguarding, wellbeing, and behaviour within the phase. Line manage year group leaders and support staff while contributing to whole-school decisions.
