Job Summary

Supervise and support tellers to deliver professional customer service while overseeing daily retail transaction processing. Manage banking center cash operations, access controls, audits, and record retention to reduce operational and compliance risk. Lead client experience efforts, resolve client issues, and support cross-sell and referrals. Coach and lead the transactional processing team, manage workflow and scheduling, and identify training and performance needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee center cash operations (cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs) to ensure cash is balanced, managed, and secured within limits.
•Process client transactions accurately and use approvals/overrides appropriately to safeguard against fraud and errors.
•Maintain operational performance through control of key risk areas, including teller differences, operational losses, audit controls, and audit functions.
•Lead client experience efforts by delivering excellent service, promptly resolving issues, and assisting with select service needs.
•Manage and coach the transactional processing team, including workflow, scheduling, performance evaluation support, and training needs.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
•2-5 years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•Ability to use Microsoft Office suite for office and computer tasks.

•Complete the DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment as part of the hiring process.
