Job Summary

Lead financial and schedule control for the AN/TPY-2 programs by applying Earned Value Management (EVM) to manage Budget/EAC variances, iStatus updates, Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) submissions, and Tracking Book (TB) reporting. Generate variance and BCR outputs, support risk/opportunity management, and partner with IPTs/CPTs on scope baselining and program reviews. This onsite role supports cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and understand monthly variances to Budget and EAC positions, maintaining accurate record-keeping.
•Ensure timely iStatus inputs and accurate Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) and Tracking Book (TB) submissions.
•Generate variance (VAR) reports and submit accurate, timely EAC inputs and BCRs.
•Support risk and opportunity management and create Management Reserve (MR) Requests as needed.
•Partner with IPTs/CPTs for initial scope baselining, communicate with CPT leadership, and support programmatic meetings/reviews.

Key Requirements

•STEM degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), cost control processes, and tools for monitoring and reporting project performance.
•Experience using Microsoft Excel, including lookup functions, pivot tables, macros, and queries.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance requirements prior to start date.
•Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date.
