Job Summary

Own and guide the design and delivery of digital personal loans and alternate lending products for Mashreq Pakistan within the Global Expansion Squad. Act as Product Owner initially, shaping product constructs and features based on market competitiveness and competitor analysis, and developing financial models and business cases. Lead customer journey design, coordinate cross-functionally on delivery technology aspects, and partner with solutions and enterprise architecture teams for system setup across loan origination and management.

•Design product construct and features for personal loan and alternate lending products aligned to market competitiveness.
•Develop financial models and business cases for the product(s).
•Participate in and guide customer journey design for the product.
•Manage the technology aspects of product delivery in collaboration with technology teams.
•Partner with solutions and enterprise architecture teams and work with partners for digital lending integrations.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape.
•Understand product structures for personal/alternate lending, including tenors, repayment types, underwriting, and servicing.
•Strong background in technology stack aspects of launching products, including loan origination and loan management systems.
•Excellent cross-functional stakeholder coordination skills.
