Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the Store according to brand values and service standards
  • •Ensure the store achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability through planning, expense control, and service
  • •Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training, development and succession of employees
  • •Manage payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering high levels of service
  • •Communicate and implement merchandise opportunities to Store/Assistant Store Manager, and manage inventory and shrink goals

  • •1–2 years’ experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)

  • •The ability to walk/move constantly and lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly
