Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in entertainment, agency, or technology environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Suite, Workday HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • •Strong candidate sourcing and interview skills, including behavioral-based interviews and structured interviewing with assessments.
  • •Knowledge of employment law, EEO compliance, and recruiting best practices, with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
