Key Responsibilities

  • •Support clients in delivering a diverse range of highly complex infrastructure projects and programmes.
  • •Lead, manage and develop project teams on large projects or programmes.
  • •Manage contract, financial management, and project controls while adhering to health, safety, quality and environmental requirements.
  • •Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients and partner organisations.
  • •Mentor and develop the future generation of Project Managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in infrastructure project and/or programme management across the full project lifecycle, including client objectives, contract management, financial management and project controls, and HSE/quality/environmental management.
  • •Excellent leadership skills, able to develop teams and lead in challenging environments or ambiguity.
  • •Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with diverse personalities and building long-term trusted advisor relationships.
  • •Strong problem-solving, analytical and numerical skills to understand complex problems and shape them into workable delivery solutions.
  • •Ability to plan, communicate, and organise multiple workstreams simultaneously, communicating effectively with senior client representatives.
