Senior Specialist - Purchasing

Own end-to-end purchasing activities for the cluster, including tendering and award of purchase orders, plus post-award support. Advise stakeholders on yearly procurement plans and ensure compliance with procurement policies. Lead pre-tender planning and purchasing reviews, negotiate agreements, evaluate suppliers, and manage approvals for purchasing invoices. Prepare recommendations and management reports on purchasing activity, issues, and cost-effective tender strategies.
