Facilitate hands-on Peloton product demonstrations, contribute to daily store operations like inventory and visual merchandising, and deliver a premium Member experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets and commission accelerators.
•Engage walk-by traffic, educate customers on the Peloton portfolio, overcome objections, and close sales.
•Assist the Store Manager with total-store CRM management auditing leads to maximize conversion rates.
•Act as the floor lead by providing in-the-moment coaching when the Store Manager is absent.
•Facilitate hands-on product demonstrations and support daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and event setup.
