Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the management and construction of projects to meet timelines, specifications, quality, and cost targets.
  • •Ensure vendors, direct/indirect service providers, and external consultants deliver consistent, high-quality services.
  • •Collaborate with client AD&E and program leads to support deliverables and review/approval of budgets (charters).
  • •Act as first point of escalation for project issues and opportunities, ensuring governance standards and documentation are maintained.
  • •Lead project meetings and create/distribute status and progress reports to teams and management as required.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • •8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • •LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational and judgment skills.
