Support daily operations in your kitchen section by assisting with food preparation, following recipes from senior chefs, and ensuring consistent, high-quality dishes. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food handling practices while monitoring ingredient stock and assisting with inventory and supply ordering. Help supervise and train junior kitchen staff, coordinate timing during service, contribute to menu planning, and help ensure dishes meet restaurant specifications.
