Job Summary

Lead process design and engineering for FPSO topsides across proposals, FEED, detailed engineering, and execution phases. Own process discipline for oil, gas, and water separation, gas compression and treatment, produced water treatment, and crude stabilization and storage, including PFDs, P&IDs, and heat & material balances. Act as technical authority, support debottlenecking and optimization, drive safety/compliance studies (HAZID/HAZOP/SIL), coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces, and contribute to proposals and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead process design for FPSO topsides, covering oil, gas, and water separation systems, gas compression and treatment, produced water treatment, and crude stabilization and storage.
•Develop and review key process deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, and heat & material balances; perform process calculations and simulation modeling.
•Lead the process team across project phases including conceptual studies, FEED, detailed engineering, and brownfield modifications.
•Act as technical authority for process discipline: review/approve technical decisions and deliverables, and solve complex process challenges (debottlenecking and optimization).
•Ensure safety and compliance via international standards and offshore regulations and lead HAZID/HAZOP/SIL studies, plus coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces and support proposals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering.
•12 to 20 years of experience with detailed engineering for large process platforms and FPSO projects.
•Experience in offshore oil & gas processing systems and leading process design/engineering deliverables for FPSO topsides.
•Strong team leadership and mentoring capability.
•Strong analytical/problem-solving ability with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
