Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and manage software and services to enhance productivity for engineering and GTM teams.
  • •Provide timely resolution to internal IT issues, including device troubleshooting and conferencing systems.
  • •Develop and implement automated workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
  • •Administer Okta, MDM tools, and SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, and Zoom.
  • •Order, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and other hardware, and maintain end-user security best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a technical IT support role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience with Okta administration and Okta Workflows automation.
  • •Proficiency in Kandji, JAMF, Intune, or similar MDM solutions for device management and security.
  • •Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack).
