Job Summary

Own the onsite IT infrastructure for a fast-moving applied AI lab, serving as the point person for identity and access management, endpoint and device management, and end-user support. Implement productivity tooling for engineering and GTM, automate workflows to cut manual effort, and administer systems across Okta, MDM platforms, and SaaS (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom).

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and manage software and services to enhance productivity for engineering and GTM teams.
•Provide timely resolution to internal IT issues, including device troubleshooting and conferencing systems.
•Develop and implement automated workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
•Administer Okta, MDM tools, and SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, and Zoom.
•Order, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and other hardware, and maintain end-user security best practices.

Key Requirements

•3+ years in a technical IT support role.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
•Experience with Okta administration and Okta Workflows automation.
•Proficiency in Kandji, JAMF, Intune, or similar MDM solutions for device management and security.
•Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack).
