Job Summary

Lead technical requirements and project implementation for Bot MD’s AI agent platform across Southeast Asia. Partner with Sales and Operations to deliver customer initiatives for hospitals and clinics, translating customer needs into solutions and coordinating with engineering on solution architecture and integrations. Drive customer UAT and project delivery, manage multiple projects with strong attention to timelines and risks, and feed back product localization improvements for the SG/MY markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Sales across Southeast Asia to present product platforms and capabilities to hospitals and clinics
•Determine customer requirements and design solutions aligned to business objectives
•Work with engineering to define solution architecture and required integrations
•Lead and manage customer UAT and oversee project delivery
•Suggest product improvements to better localize offerings for the SG/MY markets

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,000 - 4,000 annually
