  • •Develop, implement, and continuously enhance an enterprise change governance framework with graduated requirements by project classification.
  • •Proactively identify and prioritize risk-related gaps and drive timely, effective remediation to reduce exposures and prevent recurrence.
  • •Synthesize and report risk data, emerging trends, and insights to senior leadership and the board with actionable, accurate communication.
  • •Guide first-line stakeholders to design, refine, and maintain procedures that embed the governance framework into business operations.
  • •Maintain expertise in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards and design training programs for first- and second-line professionals, senior management, and the board.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in risk, compliance, legal, or regulatory roles in a Global Systemically Important Bank (GSIB).
  • •Experience with project management and governance; PMP certification is a plus.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree a plus).
  • •Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) certification is a plus.
  • •Strong written communication skills and ability to work independently with discretion around restricted/secret information.
