Key Responsibilities

  • •Process wafers of different technologies and support manufacturing operations at a wafer fab or assembly test site.
  • •Perform specific assembly test (AT) semiconductor manufacturing functions in the production of semiconductor devices.
  • •Operate various equipment used in AT functions such as test, tap and reel, or mark and pack.
  • •Set up and operate manual, automatic, or semi-automatic machines used in production.
  • •Support semiconductor manufacturing output as part of day-to-day operations at the assigned site.

Key Requirements

  • •Should not be under the age of 18.
  • •Must meet at least one education/work criteria: 2+ years of undergraduate studies in a technical course; OR STEM/ICT senior high school graduate; OR high school graduate (old curriculum) with 1+ year work experience in a semiconductor/automated manufacturing/TESDA assembly servicing environment; OR non-technical/business college/undergraduate who hasn’t worked in the related field for the past 2 years and does not hold a professional license.
  • •Willing to work shifting schedules, including graveyard shift.
  • •Able to work a 12-hour shift with prolonged standing.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to quickly ramp on new tools and processes.
