Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate blade manufacturing equipment, including startup/shutdown, restarts after stoppages, and troubleshooting processing issues.
  • •Operate and monitor high temperature furnaces, tempering furnaces, and endothermic gas generator and related Heat Treat equipment.
  • •Safely operate and move heavy loads using overhead crane systems and mobile equipment.
  • •Perform cleaning, basic preventive maintenance, minor changeovers, and adjustments of die sets and tooling.
  • •Complete quality checks and operator preventive maintenance, forms, and paperwork; maintain proper lubrication and oil/coolant levels.
