Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic oversight and hands-on, day-to-day execution of safety programs across the fulfillment center.
  • •Own ORIR and LTI metrics by using data to support Operations teams on root cause and corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Ensure accurate documentation, thorough investigation, and timely closure of every OSHA recordable.
  • •Support new hire and PIT safety training completion at or above 95%, ensuring onboarding training before first shift.
  • •Conduct monthly safety audits, maintain emergency response/evacuation/first aid readiness, and manage workers’ compensation claims including modified duty and reporting on time.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of safety or EHS experience in a production, warehouse, distribution center, or e-fulfillment environment.
  • •Formal or extensive regulatory experience with responsibility for safety logs, complaints, and onsite support.
  • •Experience supporting multi-shift operations, including night or weekend shifts.
  • •Hands-on experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
  • •Ability to independently own and execute integrated safety programs without Safety Supervisor support.
