Job Summary

Own the safety program for a fulfillment center by driving proactive EHS execution across shifts. Conduct walk-throughs, lead incident investigations, deliver training, and ensure compliance is lived and audit-ready. Manage safety performance metrics (ORIR/LTI), OSHA recordables, safety audits, emergency response and first aid readiness, and workers’ compensation claims—while supporting integrated Operations teams with root-cause and corrective/preventive actions.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategic oversight and hands-on, day-to-day execution of safety programs across the fulfillment center.
•Own ORIR and LTI metrics by using data to support Operations teams on root cause and corrective/preventive actions.
•Ensure accurate documentation, thorough investigation, and timely closure of every OSHA recordable.
•Support new hire and PIT safety training completion at or above 95%, ensuring onboarding training before first shift.
•Conduct monthly safety audits, maintain emergency response/evacuation/first aid readiness, and manage workers’ compensation claims including modified duty and reporting on time.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of safety or EHS experience in a production, warehouse, distribution center, or e-fulfillment environment.

•Experience supporting multi-shift operations, including night or weekend shifts.
•Hands-on experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
•Ability to independently own and execute integrated safety programs without Safety Supervisor support.
