Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain production plans and build sequences based on customer requirements, business priorities, material availability, demand, and capacity.
  • •Manage production order scheduling and execution to ensure on-time delivery and coordinate finished-goods shipment.
  • •Act as the primary internal communication point for production schedules, delivery updates, order changes, and demand fluctuations.
  • •Collaborate with Procurement and cross-functional teams to validate incoming materials, resolve supply issues, and maintain production continuity.
  • •Monitor production performance through MRP systems, support inventory activities (KPIs, cycle counts, E&O analysis), and lead or support corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
  • •Experience as a production cell planner or production scheduling role using ERP/planning systems (e.g., SAP).
  • •Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) for global cross-functional communication.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for reporting and analysis.
  • •Experience in production scheduling, including critical path/schedule risk identification and schedule optimization.
