Design and architect ServiceNow solutions by analyzing business needs, current systems, and future goals. Build scalable technical blueprints, lead integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP, and ensure alignment with governance, security, and platform best practices. Deliver solution recommendations, POCs, demos, and support pre-sales activities such as estimates and RFPs. Lead cross-functional technical teams, oversee testing and code reviews, and enable adoption through training and knowledge transfer.
