Lead cross-functional engagement to target and win workloads from AI-native startups by coordinating Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering. Identify high-potential startups, prioritize opportunities, and drive GTM collaboration, content initiatives, and executive introductions to accelerate Snowflake adoption within the AI startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive engagement and introductions to new, high-priority AI-native startups by networking, attending events, identifying sponsorships, and producing content to attract startups.
•Categorize and maintain a high-priority startup list with Tier 1/2/3 classifications based on strategic importance and growth potential.
•Drive growth and results from Tier 1 and Tier 2 startups through focused engagement and executive introductions.
•Define, track, and report on OKRs to measure engagement impact and startup spending/goals.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, AI Partnerships, and Venture teams to coordinate outreach and ensure unified efforts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,000 - 181,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar role within the AI/ML or cloud technology sector, with a focus on startups.
•Deep understanding of the AI startup ecosystem, venture funding trends, and key product trends.
•Strong network within the startup and venture capital communities.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
