Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a caseload of complex injury claims, including high value multi-track matters, working with the Lead Lawyer.
  • •Communicate with insurer clients, addressing queries and providing updates as matters progress.
  • •Perform forensic analysis of quantum evidence: prepare chronologies, identify anomalies, and surface relevant information across evidence sources.
  • •Review medical records to identify key personal injury issues for instructing medical experts, and analyze liability evidence gaps.
  • •Draft technical advice, pleadings and applications; interview witnesses; liaise with parties and instruct counsel as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience of liability and quantum (essential).
  • •Experience of personal injury in casualty claims (preferred).
  • •Critical thinking and quantum analysis experience.
