Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts for operational volumes across supported business units.
  • •Build capacity models to determine staffing requirements based on volume forecasts, productivity assumptions, and service level targets.
  • •Analyze workforce utilization, productivity, and workload distribution; monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • •Create dashboards, scorecards, and recurring management reports; present forecast and capacity insights to management and support executive presentations.
  • •Establish forecasting and capacity planning standards by documenting methodologies, partnering with Process Excellence/Continuous Improvement, and supporting a Capacity Planning & Forecasting Center of Excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in capacity planning, workforce management, forecasting, and business/operational analytics.
  • •Experience supporting large operational teams and/or operational leaders preferred.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • •Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and scenario modeling.
  • •Data visualization and analytics experience (Power BI preferred; Tableau acceptable), with SQL, Python, workforce management platforms, capacity planning software, and statistical forecasting tools preferred.
