Visitor Experience Coordinator

Coordinate onsite visitor experiences at the Experience & Innovation Center, serving as the first point of contact and ensuring a welcoming, well-orchestrated environment. Own day-of reception and check-in flow, support catering and refreshment setup, and help execute post-event resets. Maintain hospitality and office areas with consistent cleanliness and presentation, manage hospitality inventory and replenishment, and provide administrative support such as calendars, mail, and expense reporting.
