Key Responsibilities

  • •Process UAE Court Orders per approved procedures and ensure timely handling.
  • •Manage cross-border UAE-Qatar Court Orders and LEA requests within defined SLAs.
  • •Handle Police letters and inquiries across UAE emirates and respond to government entities.
  • •Coordinate with internal departments (CIBG, RBG, Operations, Head Office) to resolve issues following approved policies.
  • •Monitor case progress, ensure timely closure, and support initiatives to improve service quality within the unit.

Key Requirements
