Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete mechanical repair, overhaul, and maintenance of compressed air equipment and associated products, including accurate paperwork.
  • •Identify problems in air compressors and generators using electrical/mechanical fault finding and diagnostic equipment, then perform repairs.
  • •Conduct scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns, including inspecting components, cleaning, lubricating, replacing filter kits, changing oil, cleaning oil/air coolers, and re-greasing motors.
  • •Provide technical assistance to customers on mechanical systems, including troubleshooting guidance and maintenance/usage recommendations.
  • •Adhere to safety protocols (including JSA and PPE), isolate machinery with locks/tags, maintain service documentation and records, and complete service reports/work permits.

  • •Previous experience in a maintenance field service environment.
  • •Commitment to workplace safety and following safety procedures.
  • •Australian Manual Drivers Licence.
  • •Excellent customer service ability and professionalism with clients.
