  • •Define and execute regional commercial strategy for a distributor-led business model across Northern Latin America.
  • •Drive sustainable growth, profitable market expansion, channel effectiveness, and customer penetration through strategic distribution partners.
  • •Negotiate and manage regional distributor agreements, resolve channel conflicts, and govern distributor performance and governance.
  • •Manage pricing strategy, margin, and large-volume commercial agreements while overseeing sell-in/sell-out and portfolio management across countries and segments.
  • •Support business planning through S&OP participation, commercial forecasting, distributor demand planning, inventory optimization, and commercial analytics/business reviews.

  • •8+ years managing commercial activities across multiple Latin American countries and influencing stakeholders in multicultural environments.
